FEAST – Use It Up Tape Giveaway 2024

Terms and Conditions of Entry:

1. 1. OzHarvest is the promoter of the “FEAST – Use It Up Tape Giveaway 2024” lottery.
   2. The “FEAST – Use It Up Tape Giveaway 2024” lottery commences 16 March 2024 and closes 8 July 2024, and will run concurrently with the “FEAST – Pre and Post Survey Project”.
   3. The lottery prize is 1 class set of Use It Up Tape.
   4. The lottery promotion is conducted to encourage participation in the “FEAST – Pre and Post Survey Project” so that OzHarvest can evaluate the nutritional and food waste behaviour change outcomes of the program and use this information to continue to improve the FEAST program and associated experience.
   5. To be eligible to enter and win in this lottery, participants must:
      • complete the appropriate survey from the FEAST – Pre and Post Survey Project; and
      • Include their contact details (email) at the end of the survey
   6. Surveys must be completed on or before 8 July 2024, and each completed survey will be granted one entry into the draw for a chance to win the lottery prize.
   7. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all completed surveys received by OzHarvest at the end of the program on 15 July 2024, by the Project Coordinator and the Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance at the Head Office of OzHarvest in G3/G4, 46-62 Maddox Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015.
   8. OzHarvest will only publish the initials of the winner and their suburb when publishing the winner’s details on OzHarvest’s webpage https://staging.ozharvest.org/2024-feast-use-it-up-tape-giveaway
   9. The eligible winner of the lottery prize will be advised in writing of the prize, using the email contact details provided by participants completing the survey.
   10. OzHarvest will maintain all relevant records in relation to this lottery promotion for a period of three years, including: accurate financial accounting of the lottery; accurate accounting for all entries; and accurate report of the distribution of the prize.
   11. All entrants’ details will only be used for the purposes of conducting this project and to draw the winners of the lottery and will be kept on the secure OzHarvest database. For information about our commitment to protecting your privacy, please review the OzHarvest Privacy Policy.
   12. Entrants are not required to be present at the drawing of the lottery to be eligible to win the prize.
   13. The prize will be transferred to the winner within 28 days after the draw on 15th July 2024.
   14. The winner of a prize may only be substituted via a second draw, if reasonable efforts were made to identify a winner from the first draw was unsuccessful.
   15. OzHarvest will conduct this trade promotion lottery in a manner that is not offensive and that is not contrary to the public interest.
   16. The prize may be substituted only if the substituted prize is of the same or greater value than the original prize and the winner either agrees in writing, or the original prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of OzHarvest and reasonable attempts are made to reach agreement with the winner that are unsuccessful.
   17. Whilst OzHarvest will take all reasonable steps to abide by the dates and timeframes noted above, the dates noted above are indicative, and may be varied at the discretion of OzHarvest, due to operational issues or logistic restraints.
   18. Any decision in relation to the draw made by OzHarvest is final and not negotiable by any person.
