Our operations team are the driving force behind food rescue, food relief and education programs. As the leader of this incredible team, Tracy is motivated by purpose and is committed to the growth and development of her team and believes that resilience and listening is key to building confidence and creativity. Tracy joined OzHarvest after witnessing first hand those affected by food insecurity in North East Arnhem Land. She is a practical operator and likes to rally her team to solve the big issues with a fair outcome to those who need the most support in our community.

Tracy joined OzHarvest with 25 years’ experience in business, product development and logistics.
